Our Story

Judith Rosen & Associates is one of the most successful independently owned boutique brokerage firms in the Miami Beach area. I moved to Miami Beach in 1967 and instantly fell in love with what was then a small town. I initially worked as a legal secretary in a law firm that handled a myriad of real estate transactions, from the sale of homes to major development projects, including the purchase of oceanfront properties

After obtaining my real estate license, I worked for the largest privately owned real estate sales organization in Florida. I took advantage of all they had to offer, attending classes, seminars and lectures. Along the way I went on to obtain my Florida Brokers License.

Continuing my education in the real estate field I joined the National Association of Realtors, the local Greater Miami and the Beaches Association and the Multiple Listing Exchange. A Master Brokers Forum was founded and at its inception extended an invitation for me to become a member. The Master Brokers Forum is an elite organization comprised of the top 250+ Realtors in Dade County. They host dinners and forums sponsored by major developers in our area and leaders of our community are invited to speak to us on matters covering many topics of interest to people in our field including education, tax reform, what they foresee for our future, etc.

In 1989 an attorney referred a client to me who wanted to buy a 50 room hotel on Ocean Drive! He flew to Miami Beach and we met at the Carlyle Hotel for lunch. As luck would have it, they were filming a scene for the Miami Vice T.V. series at the hotel... it was simply magic.

My client went on to purchase a number of hotels in South Beach. He soon made an offer I could not refuse! He opened an office for me in the lobby of the Crescent Hotel at 1420 Ocean Drive so I could properly manage and oversee the renovations, protect his interests in South Beach and the rest is history. My boutique real estate office was perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the excitement and opportunities that presented themselves to me and for my clients. My endeavors include a broad range of successful pursuits in real estate, including the sale of the Ocean Plaza, McAlpin, Crescent and Drake Hotels on Ocean Drive, the sale of condominiums, private homes, multi-family buildings, commercial properties and residential and commercial leasing, totaling well over $100,000,000.

I am proud to distinguish myself as a sophisticated industry veteran and am committed to redefining personal services. Judith Rosen Realtor is now Judith Rosen & Associates. My associates are all extremely well educated, dedicated and we emphasize the principles of trust and honesty by having the integrity to do the right thing. We represent a unique and dynamic combination of expertise and success.

Most important is reputation and integrity. We enjoy what we do. Many of our clients and fellow realtors are now dear friends. And the majority of our clients are through referrals, which speaks for itself. How lucky can you get!!!
