Libby Comras
Born in New York City and brought up in Coral Gables and now settled on Miami Beach. After graduating from the University of Miami my first career began as a college math teacher. Being very entrepreneurial, creative with a flair for details, perfection and all things beautiful, I went on to start my own interior landscaping and flower design business. I had two daughters and became interested in their schooling so I founded and later took public an educational consulting firm. My interest turned to healthcare and I went on to establish a psychological health service primarily for the elderly in nursing homes and hospitals throughout Florida, which is still servicing that population.
I soon realized that I was surrounded by a family, all in the real estate business. I listened and learned about development, leasing and selling. Together with my never ending thirst for knowledge, I knew I needed to know more about this field in order to participate in the conversations. I decided to get my Florida and New York Real Estate License. That was my entry into our marketplace that is forever changing and so exciting.
With my years of being in the Dade County area and my families involvement in developing Miami Beach, South Miami, Coconut Grove and the Design District, I have a lot of knowledge and experience to offer clients interested in buying, leasing and/or developing properties in South Florida.
